Founded in 2016 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Artis Transitions helps families and individuals who are facing homelessness, eviction, domestic violence, unemployment, lower than standard wages, low employment hours, inadequate or low income and food emergencies/hunger.
We help Families in Crisis move forward to Self-Sufficiency and Economic Independence with our
One-on-One Transitions Program.
After discussing your situation with one of our Transition Coaches, they will help you decide if Artis Transitions is a good fit for your family's goals, dreams and plans.
If you are ready to move forward, your Transition Coach will work with you to develop an achievable but intense plan with weekly goals and objectives that will move you toward accomplishing your desired outcomes.
Whether it's 2 months or 2 years, we support you with weekly visits, community support referrals, and social services. If you are in immediate crisis or danger, we help you with referrals to emergency support services to make sure you and your family are safe.
